Return & Exchange
Returns & Refund:
- YES, We offer hassle-free returns within India.
- Requests for returns should be given to us within 2 days of the delivery.
- For Prepaid orders :
Refunds will be credited directly to your bank account. Kindly provide us your bank details while requesting for return.A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of issuing refund.
- For COD orders: A store credit will be provided as a refund. COD orders are not eligible for refund. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of issuing store credit.
- Kindly allow 7 days, after we have received the product, for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account or to share the credit note.
- Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns. Only size exchange possible.

Exchange:
- YES, We offer size exchange within India, only for the same product, style, and color you purchased.
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 400 will have to be paid at the time of exchange, which is charged for reverse pick up & shipping of the exchanged pieces.
- Any complaint/request that is reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Kindly allow 7 days,after we have received the product, for the exchange to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.
